VirtualDub: How To Resize Video

Video Resize
  1. Load an AVI file by clicking the File | Open video file menu command or simply drag and drop it onto the VirtualDub's window.
  2. Set the full processing mode by clicking the Video | Full processing mode menu item.
  3. Click the Video | Filters menu command to display the filter dialog box.
  4. Click the Add button, select the Resize filter, then click the OK button.
  5. Set a new size in the Filter: resize dialog box, and click the OK button
  6. Click the OK button
  7. Click the Video | Compression to select the video compressor (optional).
  8. Click the Audio | Compression to select the audio compressor (optional).
  9. Click the File | Save as AVI to save video.
